 Buying Cannabis Seeds

  • In the UK, it is legal to own cannabis seeds, such as the ones available on our website, but it is illegal to grow or attempt to grow the cannabis plant from these seeds unless you have a license from the Home Office.

  • To comply with UK law Urban CBD sells Cannabis Seeds for souvenir and collection purposes only. Urban CBD accepts no liability for customers purchasing them for any other purposes.

  • Urban CBD prohibit germination and we reserve the right to cancel any sale if we have any indication that you may commit an illegal act with any of our products.

Germination

  • In the UK, it is only legal to sell cannabis seeds for souvenir and collection purposes.

  • As the germination of Cannabis Seeds is illegal in the UK and most other countries, it

    would also be illegal for us to replace seeds that fail to germinate.

  • Until the UK laws are amended, we cannot provide any guarantee the cannabis seeds will germinate.

  • This is a standard business practice for most seed banks and breeders.

  • We would like to assure customers that all our Cannabis seeds are purchased from reputable Cannabis breeders and are sold in the breeder’s original packaging.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Services and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We are happy to refund or exchange your goods based on the criteria

  1. if you have changed your mind regarding your purchase you need to email us with in 14 days of receiving goods. If the 14 days have passed we have the right not to take the item back. you will find our email address on the main page that says contact. please fill the form explaining your reason for return.

  2. The goods need to be complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. if they are not in the original packaging and opened we will not accept them back and you will not be given a refund. The cost of returns shall be paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed by us. We will Reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods.
