2. Shipping

We have a ‘plain packaging policy’. All orders are sent out in plain brand-new cardboard boxes or plain black plastic wrapped packaging. Or grey plastic wrapping.Your purchase is confidential and we like to keep it that way. Item will be despatched within 3 working day of cleared payment. All Products Are Sold To The UK Only  

3. Returns / Refunds 

We are happy to refund or exchange your goods based on the criteria 1… If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase you need to email us with in 14 day of receiving goods. If the 14 days have passed we have the right not to take the item back. You will find our email address on the main page that says contact. Please fill the form explaining your reason for return. 2… The goods need to be complete and undamaged and in the original packaging. if they are not in the original packaging and opened we will not accept them back and you will not be given a refund. The cost of returns shall be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed by us. We will Reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods we will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 4. Payments

Due to the Nature of our products. We are asking all customers to place your orders as normal but we are changing the way you pay. By sending you an invoice to your email address this invoice can be paid by Visa/Debit card this will be sent to the details  you provided us with along with your address. As soon as we receive the payment your order will change from pending payment to completed then your order will be fulfilled and sent out to you as normal we will then provide you with a picture off address and tracking number this will be sent to your email address. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused
